Spaghetti is a type of pasta with a round cross-section, consisting of thin, long, thread-like noodles. The first historical reference to cooked noodles is found in the Jerusalem Talmud. According to this account, the Arabs invented this dish several thousand years ago. According to the Talmud, pasta has been consumed as a food since at least the 5th century! Today, many associate pasta with the Italians, who invented a wide variety of pasta shapes and made them an integral part of the country's culinary traditions – farfalle, shells, rotini, penne, tortellini, and, of course, spaghetti.Spaghetti is also the most beloved pasta in America. Each year, approximately 1.5 million pounds of spaghetti are sold in American grocery stores. If all the spaghetti sold in a year were lined up, it would circle the Earth nine times! Spaghetti is traditionally served with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese, but not only that. Popular recipes include meat, garlic, butter, pepper, herbs, and many other ingredients. There are even sweet sauces with chocolate and vanilla.

A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart. The Big Oxmox advised her not to do so, because there were thousands of bad Commas, wild Question Marks and devious Semikoli, but the Little Blind Text didn’t listen. She packed her seven versalia, put her initial into the belt and made herself on the way. When she reached the first hills of the Italic Mountains, she had a last view back on the skyline of her hometown Bookmarksgrove, the headline of Alphabet Village and the subline of her own road, the Line Lane. Pityful a rethoric question ran over her cheek, then she continued her way. On her way she met a copy. The copy warned the Little Blind Text, that where it came from it would have been rewritten a thousand times and everything that was left from its origin would be the word "and" and the Little Blind Text should turn around and return to its own, safe country. But nothing the copy said could convince her and so it didn’t take long until a few insidious Copy Writers ambushed her, made her drunk with Longe and Parole and dragged her into their agency, where they abused her for their projects again and again.
